Pick up page-context 0.6.6 author spacing

Summary

Rebuilds the Antora hub so it fetches @antora-supplemental/page-context 0.6.6:

  • Lead byline and footer author cells use the same author cluster

  • Flex gap separates the linked name, circular avatar, and plain via {product} (HTML spaces between those pieces collapse)

Steps

  1. Pin package.json / lockfile to github:antora-supplemental/page-context#v0.6.6.

  2. Deploy/rebuild so Antora re-fetches the extension.
