Breadcrumb component + tilde version (Valentus 2.0.27)

Valentus 2.0.27 keeps the mast component kicker (useful on mobile) and places a literal ~ version menu immediately to its right. Under site-nav-tree, only a duplicate trail component-root crumb is suppressed — not the component control itself.
