Site separated from product

The core repository now contains the filesystem implementation, its Antora component, and documentation asset tooling. Organization-level website content has moved to connectome-fs/connectome-fs.github.io.

The product documentation remains under docs/ so implementation and reference material evolve together. The organization site aggregates that component and publishes it at https://connectome-fs.github.io/docs/.

The old project Pages workflow and /connectome-fs/ base-path site were removed. Mermaid diagram generation moved to root-level package scripts so documentation assets remain reproducible after the site migration.
