2026-09-07 - pathogenesis and composition

Added an explanation page for pathogenesis (ordered teaching walks from a naive entrypoint) and composition (aspect graphs of the finished system).

Both are projections over the connectome identity stack (path → MUID → GUID; content OID for immutable steps). Git remains optional sync; teaching metadata uses association types (evolves-from, lesson-of, aspect-of, extracted-to), not invented URL schemes.

Documents why hot IPFS/IPNS republish is a poor fit for rapid AI commits while still reusing content addressing + mutable lineage pointers. Points at the userspace sidecar pilot in dlang-supplemental/tgc.
